It’s 5am and my heart has been pounding for hours as I’ve been unable to sleep. Tried some other sleep videos, but clicked this one and I can finally feel some peace and much needed comfort. I’ve never left a comment on anything I have watched on here but everyone seems so positive here and I could use some words of encouragement. My mother has passed just a few days ago and I’m hurting pretty bad. My father passed away when I was 6 so she’s been mine and my sisters rock. Not always the easiest journey for her but one thing was certain was that she loved my sister and I. I miss and will always miss her so much it just kills me knowing I won’t be able to give her one last hug. Thank you all for making me feel like this is a place I can air my feelings out. I hope life brings happiness and love to all.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It is going to hurt not having her but allow yourself time and acceptance to feel that grief. It sounds like she showed you the model to love yourself and others the way she did you and your sister. Write her a letter or journal memories to clear your mind. Reminisce with old photos. Grief hits like a truck some days but find the ones you love now and hug them. And maybe go to the aquarium if you (or she) like the fishes too. Best.

I came to this video because I haven’t slept in many nights. I’ve had a long and hard pregnancy, with many complications and violent illness - and now here I am, months later and I’m going to be induced in 3 days. I just wanted to thank the comment section. The love and extended hands found me in the right place. My mother passed away 5 months ago from Breast cancer. She was the center of my universe the deep rooted light in my existence. For the past 5 months ive been struggling with depression, anxiety and even suicidal thoughts.. I’ve been through a lot of hard times in my life. I’m tired of starting over and over again. My fiancée of 4 years left me a year ago and never even gave me a reason why. I struggle intensely with depression and anxiety. I just want to be myself again. I forget what it’s like to be happy Ive hit rock bottom so many times. I won’t quit even though it’s hard to fight everyday. I’ve lost hope but again I won’t quit. I wish you all a happy and fulfilling life. One thing I have learned is to keep fighting even when it feels like you have nothing left. Do your best and keep your head up. I believe better days are ahead

They didnt exactly come true but I did get a taste. Theres this beautiful tall blonde at Starbucks, I always stare at her and fantasize what she looks like naked. Well today she walked in in a paper thin white dress and no bra. You could clearky see her perfect ta ta's and I had a loot of trouble not staring. Man that was awesome. I am so overwhelmed, anxious and alone right now. I never thought I'd happen into a UKposts video like this and then discover such loving comments here of all places. This really feels healing. All my young life, I wanted to become a marine biologist because I find such joy and fulfillment by observing the underwater world, or sometimes even just water. We forget these things. It happens to me when the Sun goes down & I feel that weight of sadness bearing down on me. Wow. Im on the same path. And only thing i can tell you is, some times its better and some times its worse. But there used to be times when it was only bad. Im fighting and maybe thats the wrong word. Might we have to embrace it, start to love it. And it may varnish. Not in a day, put the pressure of you. Not in a week, start to accept it. Not in a month, learn to love it. Not in a year, start to live it. You'll be fine, and if you think youre not, then fine. Noone forces you to be anything, noone forces you to be the one who you were before anxiety. Its yourself. Let go

I just clicked on this randomly as I was looking for something to listen to as I try to sleep. And I am overwhelmed by the lovely comments here. Since me and my wife lost a child 4 years ago i have had a really hard time finding peace. He died due to cancer when he was only three weeks old. And some of these comments really got to me. Thank you all!

I just want everyone to know..that…with all the negativity, anger and hatred in the world, you can still be a beacon of indefinite hope. Stay positive. Keep moving forward. Whatever it is. You can work through it. There’s always an end. Somewhere out there. Get to it. Then reset. Take some time for yourself. And when you’re ready, begin again. Tomorrow is always a new day. Peace and love are worth it. All of it. Every time.

Agreed. A good way to do what you're suggesting is to stay away from mainstream news. They survive by flooding their viewers with negativity and fear. More people should just say no and focus on making their own lives positive.
