Ant-man's skull in the Deadpool 3 trailer is from a different timeline, not to mention we got the TVA, several Marvel villains from different comics in this new movie, and a call back from one X-men movie too, though Doctor Strange is in this movie is going to be a hit and miss if you're not looking for him, the car itself should also be considered an easter egg and reference to another Marvel character that is a ghost of vengeance to those that do evil if you get the meaning of the flames on the car with a few references to several comics they are in, also I'm surprised fans didn't pick up on the shop's name, the TVA style watch, and several other easter eggs. Also, if you pause on Wolverine with the bottle we see a certain logo of one actor's own business

I believe it's the one we seen grow large and unravel in Ant Man and The Wasp Quantiummania inside the Quantium core
