He’s the jolt this franchise needed. He’s sooooo good in this movie. A great memorable villain is someone who can scare you, but at the same time you can’t take your eyes off him and enjoy his presence

Loved Jason Momoa's character on Fast X. He was hilarious, funny and yet scary. I couldn't stop laughing when he said "shut the front door" in the movie. He killed the character.

What an amazing character he has created. He’s never played a role quite like this in any project he’s worked on. It was like he was free from himself if that makes any sense.

throwing his tooth at dom and yelling "butthole!" sent me over the edge. he plays unhinged perfectly. a man with nothing to lose, no fear of death, and the joker laugh while being punched in the face..., se magnifique. this type of character is always enjoyable to watch when it is done properly. on the flip side it can verge blatantly not creative when done generically. Dante was not generic, he a big bad with the high ground, thats problem enough, add in that this person in batshit insane and is having the time of their life sowing chaos, spikes the unpredictability factor exponentially. Jason Momoa delivered, and i have no shame in admitting i only watched this for his character, the movie was unsurprisingly subpar in and of itself but Jason Momoa's character and his delivery was outstanding. Shame he had to carry the entire franchise on his back with this performance but glad he did.

He is the funniest crazy villain ever. Most villains are way too serious and so boring in movies nowadays. Jason was the perfect choice to play the evil comedian. I will also say Brie did a great job. I laugh my ass off when Brie lands on his car and scratches it with her shoe, and he's like 😱 that's so disrespectful. That scene was so funny. Jason M and Brie did a great job.

It is Oscar-worthy. The creativity and fresh feeling when looking at a villain and not hating him because he is making you laugh every 5 seconds, while still keeping the killer instinct to remind us that he is the big bad wolf. He was also ahead of every scenario even if something wasn't according to plan at the end of it it still went where he wanted it. Best Villain in Fast & Furious

This is the first fast and furious I have ever seen and I watched it because of Jason and I was blown away by his amazing performance. It would be crazy to give an Oscar to someone in a series action movie but damn he earned one!!!

Jason Mamoa was without a doubt the coolest, craziest, and most fun villain I’ve seen in a longtime. He did an amazing job and I think he is only going to get so much better. He will however have all he can handle with Shaw and hopefully Hobbs will come back, and the rest of the crew’s return.

Loved his performance! Its a mix of Anthony Hopkin's Hannibal Lecter and Jim Carrey's the Riddler. Excellent villain. Best in the franchise! Now a bad guy with as much depth as the protagonists.

I love how every villain before him always had to be hardboiled and intimidating, but he's the only villain I've ever felt afraid of. Dude was a literal menace. All the token fight scenes and stunts felt underwhelming every time he one-upped everyone with the tiniest gestures lmao

He brought life to an otherwise dying franchise. We were tired of villains being too serious, explosive fist fights and such. All that had been done. This was a new take.

Your performance lifts this movie about flying cars (I kid you not) out of the realm of cartoons for toddlers. The Hollywood obsession with making every stunt more unbelievable than the last has reached its limits IMO - physics is still a thing on planet Earth ;)

Just saw it last night and I came looking for something like this because I was like dang he was so good and I'm the only one that thinks so. I found myself laughing, and being scared at the same time. Him painting the guy's toenails took me TF out ok😂 He was amazing and I love how they intertwined him in from the previous heist/story! This one is probably my favorite since Fast and Furious (4) and Fast Five actually. So good all around.

He's breathed life and multi-dimensionality in to The Villain, which is often relegated to a cardboard cut-out role in many films. That takes considerable skill as an actor to achieve. I look forward to Film XI and I hope he is given even more reign to explore Dante, because quite frankly he stole the show.

Certainly a career defining performance. Considering that he carried Fast X, he needs to get a 10 million dollar raise (15 mil) for Hobbs & Reyes. He breathed new life into an otherwise dying franchise.

Jason Mamoa KILLED it in Fast X. For all that Vin Diesel sucks at acting (not sure why he isn’t killed off yet in the movie), Mamoa and even Cena compensated for it.
