Hoover dam, Bryce, Grand Canyon, Zion, Mesa Verde, Lake Tahoe - I've been to each of these, and each one I've seen showboaters like this. I don't know the motivation. I suspect if no one was there to watch the buffoon they wouldn't do it. I watch a punk walk out on the ice of Lake Tahoe and fall in, unfortunately it was only about 4 foot deep.

There are things I will not do that will jeopardize my life. One is hiking in the Grand Canyon where there is no railing. Two I would never climb half dome. It is too dangerous and that is also a good place to get killed. People are not safe anymore they think they’re indestructible, and they’re not. And also being stupid will get you killed. It’s not the height that scares me. It’s the safety factor. I love these videos because they should teach people how to be safe and not foolish. Thanks for the videos. I really enjoyed them.
