Dear anyone who’s reading this, if you’ve watched the movie then you know that the trailer doesn’t portray everything that actually happens and that it has a very deep meaning and isn’t the cringe movie (well most of the time). And if you haven’t and are about to post a comment about how it looks really bad and how you hate how trailers and movies are like this, well how about you watch the movie before judging and maybe you might be pleasantly surprised. And if you still dislike it then you can express your hate, don’t go judging films by their trailer.

This was actually such a wholesome movie, despite being predictable. Sofia is really a great actress

Can we shout out the fact that they hired a deaf child actor! It hits home for me because I was best friends with a deaf girl in my dance class 💕 Dance brings so many different kinds of people together 💕

I’m seriously getting a “HANNAH MONTANA THE MOVIE” Vibe

I didn't expect much of this movie but holy moley. It got me right in the heart. I've been cheerdancing since college and this was exactly how I felt like as a student, from the harsh comments from the coach with embarrassment from other students watching, to enjoying it and just feeling the beat of every dance, the late night trainings, training is actually the schedule I most look forward to in a school day. I love it when my body aches the next day 😂 the jitters right before competition, well it almost disappears once I hear the really short but SUPER meaningful and encouraging pep talk of my coach, the adrenaline rush when I am on the dance floor with the girls I practiced with for like how many months.. then after the dance when I come back to where my family was on the bleachers, I'd just see my mom and aunts crying 😂 which was real funny and heart melting 😊 all of these memories came rushing back while I was watching this movie. 11/10! Definitely one of my top 10!! ♥️

Am I the only person who actually enjoyed the movie even if the plot is cliche? T.T I just finished the movie and it was great!!! Love the chemistry between all the cast. This is such a feel good movie! Their choreography is excellent. I particularly enjoyed it because I'm a former dancer and to see this really talented dancer get the average girls into 'good dancing competition form' is wonderful as we always root for the underdog to shine. They are all so lovable: the little boy, the chubby eyeglass girl, everyone. I watched this multiple times, it still makes me smile. I didn't see this trailer before watching the show. It was actually watching her audition that impressed me enough to continue watching.

Omg in 2020 I watched this literally every day and even found out the whole soundtrack and some people think Covid ruined our live but I miss quarantine. There was so much free time at home and I miss it so much. This brings back so much nostalgia like i can’t-

SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT y'all don't know the significance of this movie. the kids at the studio were so diverse (Asian, Black, Spectacled, Deaf, Chubbier than your usual dancer, Young Boy, couldn't afford dance classes) and it makes all the difference. It's aimed for kids and they did a good job. There were some really good scenes in the movie that had me crying because of how pure the kids were.

I LOVE SOFIA CARSON! When I saw her for the first time I litterly said “SHES FIRE DUDE” she’s good at dancing and Acting and even SINGING! What a talented young girl 🥰
