The Japanese stole Taiwan, but the blue Sky flag is the flag of the Republic of China. As an aggressor, Japan has invaded China and other Asian countries several times.

@@abulasanyou’re correct. And it is because Taiwan have been given back to China after Japan lost the world war in 1945. So in 1945 to 1949, Taiwan and China is the same country. But after the civil war, the Kuomintang government lost the war. And the result is Chinese communist built a new country, People republic of China and the original government, which is Kuomintang retreated to Taiwan island and these two governments continue to face off until now

I read Ata-Turk biography who was very smart and realized Early.. TO NOT allow Arabs use religion for their political gains and problems against turkey's Future!! Despite reza-shah being Great friends with him, We iranians didn't use our brain and got emotional and 44 years later 99% of Arab countries are doing the opposite of what they preach. On 1963, Malaysian Flag have a major upgrade, from Eleven (11) pointed star to Fourteen (14) pointed star and also, from Eleven (11) red and white striped to Fourteen (14) red and white striped. I've noticed that the change are only apply to the star only.

Almost all flags in thus animation is right, there is one mistake. Since December 26 2023, The goverment changed their flag with a slight tiny new avatar. The New Kyrgyz flag had donut-like holes on the front, and instead of the Kyrgyz sun waving it's flames, It was made instead pointy but straight. Overall nice detail and video.

Taiwan did not have the flag of China in 1924 to 1945, It had the Japanese flag since it was a Japanese colony since 1895. The flag should have changed to China's in 1945 here.

@@tiaoyi-bx5yiDid you learn the history at McDonald's? There was no Qing dynasty rule in Taiwan, and there was no country on the island in the first place. In 1871, Japanese fishermen were murdered by Taiwanese natives and when they asked for compensation from the Qing dynasty, they were turned down on the grounds that Taiwan was not China.

The allied forces of Britain, Russia, Japan, France, Italy, the United States, Germany, and Austria destroyed the Qing Dynasty, and subsequently China was plunged into division and war. Turkmenistan has changed its flags twice since independence. Russia once in ration and maybe even the colour shade, etc. so they are missing. however, this is a great job a dream of mine since 1995!

Great video! But I would like to add. The Philippines changed flag numerous times, not shown in the video. 1935- Establishment of Philippine Commonwealth. Use of equilateral triangle, and adoption of the blue and red from the American flag colors. The following can be simplified because it's the 2nd World War: 1941- Red side up due to war, in use by the government in exile until 1945. 1942- Japanese flag on the occupied country. 1943- Reuse of the Philippine flag by the puppet government with original colors used. 1944- Red side up for the puppet government. 1946- Third Republic with original colors. 1985- Change of hue of Blue to Light Blue 1986- Restoration of the third republic flag 1998- Change of hue of Dark to Royal Blue. Used until today

I mean. The lion originates to Vijaya's first landings in Sri Lanka in what is now the Mannar Region but the style comes from the Kandyan Kingdom which represents the Majority Sinhalese (Lion) and its Bravery (sword).

The Indonesian flag, we Indonesians call it the "Bendera Merah Putih" or the Red and White Flag. "Merah" or red symbolizes courage, "Putih" or white symbolizes purity.

the video was nice but theres a little mistake, in 1943 The Philippines was a a puppet state including Myanmmar (or Burma) the Philippine flag changed a little with the dark or navy blue changed into normal blue and the Burmese flag changed into three tricolour of red,green,and yellow with a white circle in the middle with a peacock inside of it.

You missed 4 Cambodian flag changes: In 1979, Cambodia changed its flag a small bit (A different depiction of Angkor Wat) In 1989, Cambodia would add a blue bottom half to its flag, while also changing the Angkor Wat in the center In 1992, Cambodia would begin using a blue UN-esque flag along side the red-blue one In 1993, Cambodia would change to its current flag (You did actually change the flag, you just never animated it)

Malaysia only existed in 1963. Sarawak was a sovereign nation with its own national flag until 1941 and wasn't a part of Malaysia until 1963

Indonesia did not change the colors of its flag. remained red and white after Dutch and Japanese colonization. I ❤ 🇮🇩

Philippine "did" some changes flag in 1936 and 1981. In 1936 same flag as 1946 but under Usa The second one is the flag in 1981 is change from dark blue to cyan/lightblue and in 1986 change amd bring back the dark blue design...

as a korean (south) I know our flag changed twice. right after we were freed from japan, the flag was the south korean flag rn but the middle part is a bit more twisted. after north korea was created we got our flag we have now
