En mi opinión el error fue del referí, al momento del impacto de cabezas debió parar la pelea para que un médico revisara a Arroyo y determinara si podía continuar, porque la herida con la que terminó no se la hizo el coche de cabezas si no los golpes de poder que recibió por Rey Martínez que le bañaron la cara en sangre. Así pasó en la pelea de Warrinton vs Lara.
