Definitely was deeply disturbed on rewatch. When I was a kid I thought it was all fun an games but as an adult with many friends who've endured insane and abusive parents I totally side with the case against him. He means well but he's dangerously unstable

I know what it's like to have divorced parents so I know the mum desirves all the hate and the most horrible death in the world. The reasons are. 1. She didn't want their son having a birthday party because of his school report. Grades aren't everything. 2. She stops the dad seeing the kids. She dropped them off late and picked them up early. 3. She hires a stranger to watch the kids even though they have a dad or friends to take care of them. 4. Every chance she gets she slags the dad of to everyone. Even around the kids. 5. Literally a week or two later she goes out with someone else. People who move on quickly desirves to be dumbed. 6. When you think about it, a few hours on the weekend is kind of winning a custody battle. The other parent's now gotta take care of however many kids and is consenting to do it alone, which is a lot to deal with. Gotta work, manage all of your schedules, find babysitters, etc. The other parent just gets to come in and have a good time which will probably mess up the kids perception depending on how old they are as well. Food for thought, winning or losing main custody just sounds like losing regardless. Totally aware this isnt a ton to do with the video, but just thought it was interesting

I’ve always found that movie to be disturbing ever since I’ve watched it as a kid in the ‘90s, and it looks like I still do today. Having said that, considering Daniel deceived Miranda by dressing up as another person, Miranda put her kids under the custody to ‘another’ person, and so that would be NONconsensual. Surely, she can add KIDNAPPING charges in his roster, right?
