I’ve got three AirTags in bikes and scooters and they only work with close up search from max 6m in my apartment. That’s from when you’re standing next to it to walking away and getting the far alert, what I want to know is how close are you to the scooter when it gives you an actual distance and direction when you're coming from further away. The reason I ask is because if you live in an apartment block you can’t use the nearby función to exactly pinpoint it because of the short distance it works behind walls

What someone has to try is to have someone near the scooter with an iPhone and then test the distance on uwb from the owners iphone to see if it improves. this may be an actual funcion of the find my system, Idk
