"Foot bath" (using a round bowl with very warm water -- at least 20 min. but preferably 25 minutes for your body to absorb all minerals through the soles of the feet). Yes, due to the manufacturing process. You could source "pure, hand-harvested Celtic Sea Salt"- e.g., from the shores of Brittany, France, and parts of Portugal. Or Scottish Sea Salt - e.g., Isle of Sky Sea Salt.

Yes, we need (I think preferably at least 20 minutes' daily) bare feet contact with bare ground or grass or sand, to receive the constant stream of electrons from our planet (which keeps good blood flow, said a cardiologist) - even more efficient if that ground is damp (water being a good conductor of electricity). Does not flow through concrete. We can find plug-in "grounding mats" online.
