I'm looking to improve on the designs (animation / overall drawings) for the next videos. Was there something appealing about the rough and amateurish drawings that drew you in or was it more so the content that kept you watching this video? Please let me know!

I Love it, because it's very unique. Don't change it. Add music and sound effects. Sound - is very a powerful thing. Also, an extra way to express your uniqueness. It will put way more life into your amazing videos. Thumbnail - just wow.. Keep the same style. Your are doing very well my friend.

I finished the video, and it felt very personable. I think your story feels genuine, but what I felt was missing was some more specifics, which maybe opens up more videos. For example - with your floor and ceiling goals, how did you accomplish those in the gym? What were you like physically before starting to get back in the gym, and what has been your progress? I guess, boiling it down to walking as well, why do you think being outside was one of the sole reasons you started to drag yourself out of your rut? Because at the end of this video, I felt the call to action was to go outside and walk - but why? Maybe because if you’re stuck in life, getting yourself into motion, with something as simple as walking, puts your life in motion? Idk just some thoughts, hope this helps and thank you for sharing your story!

If any women are watching this who struggle with consistency, don’t forget we have a hormonal cycle every month that affects our energy, motivations, and whole brain! Try doing consistency aligned with your cycle, monthly, based on how you feel each week/phase of your cycle. Ex: Follicular/ovulation - focus on high energy tasks like gym, starting new projects, socializing, traveling. Luteal/menstrual - focus on low energy like skincare, easy healthy meals, finishing up projects, resting, reading, etc.

Before you do that, think about it are there any people that remotely care about you? I know its one of the hardest things in your life. But you can do it! Try starting by writing down Why people should care about you. After that what you want your life to be like and then create atomic tasks to achieve the life you want. On every action that you perform, ask yourself if its preventing you from having the live you want. And don't forget to try working on your goals.

You are not destined to be the same forever, just give yourself sometime to change. You can talk with me if you want to.

Alot of the time, people expect those who have been rotting in their beds for months to make dramatic mindset shifts in a single day and turn their whole life around in a max of 3-5 business days. Baby steps, however, are exactly what we need to get back to where we were and possibly even more ahead. Wishing the best for anyone who has taken the decision to turn their life around for better.

As someone who LIVED this 'process' already and came out of anxiety/fear/depression I can ONLY say: YES! This is a good guide, lovely drawn (I mean it) and accurate. Especially the last step, taking a walk every day was a complete gamechanger for me. I also tried a lot of things during this 'exploration time' I gave myself. Such as drawing or singing. Both were super fun, both helped me a lot, but neither sticked to me 'til today. It was part of the process and thats absolutely fine. Wish you lots of love and good luck on your journey :)

Bro. I am so sorry to hear about your unfortunate circumstances that were outta control. I must say that I have never met you a day in my life, but i respect you so much. Sure, you were dealt a shitty hand and things spiraled outta control but you picked yourself up. Bravo. Keep doing your own thing man and I hope that life will get a lot better in response to how well you handled you bad hand. Bless you bro. Respect.

After endlessly watching content to get better, and how to do it, procrastinating on actually getting better, by watching more of "get better" content - this video gave me a amazing set of cliffnotes. Every step, a great reminder. And the process beeing so relatable. I m trully thankfull for that.

how do you not mess up? I do all that but can only stick to my plan for one or two weeks before suddenly and spontaneously dropping it all and rotting in bed again for a good 4-5 days. Rinse and repeat that cycle and you've basically summarised the past 5 years. How do you build the consistency and resilience to not fuck up EVER and end up rotting in bed again?

I try my best to never have a "zero" day, which means that I 100% have days that I feel like doing nothing and giving up all my progress, but I don't let it happen. Avoiding a zero day is just doing the bare minimum to keep your main couple habits consistent. For example, the days that I felt too nauseous to go to the gym, I still walked to the gym, spent a couple minutes on the treadmill, then I went home. The day still kept me consistent and made me feel good when looking back at it. It's because my mentality towards it wasn't that "I did so little that day", but rather "I felt terrible and I still got the habit completed."

Hi there , I had the same problem. two weeks, that was my mark. now what I do is 2 things 1. when I reach two weeks, I start over and have fuel for 2 more weeks 2. reflection. when u reach the two week marks, look back and see what u have accomplished. it helped me a lot. I hope it helps u, too.

I went through the same 8 months as you. I wasted away after that though. Till I eventually put my foot down. I am happy that you did better. The phone thing is genius. Especially since you were able to benefit from it and keep it in the long run. I also felt anxiety when trying to reintegrate with society. I appreciate the fact that you presented a long term experience in a condensed but precise format. Your ability to plan your message/content express it this well has helped me today, and probably will help others for time to come. I have had at least 90% of the quetions/problems/obstacles that you mentioned. I truly appreciate you giving me the answers you arrived at, and telling the process you took for getting there.

I've spent the past 4 years with chronic illness, and have been recently trying to improve myself, so this video really spoke to me. I think there's a point where, after you're bedbound or housebound for so long, it stops being the illness keeping you that way, but your own mindset now won't let you out. You're stuck, deteriorating and rotting away in a prison that a large chunk is self-made. I've lost relationships with many friends to my deteriorating mental state, becoming negative and full of brainrot. I love the idea of the ceiling and floor goals, and will be implementing them into how I structure my own goals. As for the video, I clicked for the content title, but the rough animation had charm too. I think longer frames would make things easier to digest, as well as doing the repeating 3-frame animation thingy you did for one of the calender parts, that looked really good. Amazing video man, can't wait for more.

I love that you're sharing your experience and I love the approach you're taking. I don't think you need to make your animations/designs too spiffy for videos, this is perfect. Also, the fact you created an app is a huge milestone...making anything for Apple is always a pain lol. I will have to try out your app on my iPad!
