Still have the Pixel 6. I happened to be one of the lucky ones who have never had an issue with the Pixel 6. The Pixel 9 Pro will be the perfect upgrade

Same except for the latest glitchy update, but no hardware issue at all

Same, only had some minor issues when using the beta builds, never had a major issue with betas and older dev previews personally which is quite surprising as I know the Pixel 6/Pro was a pretty buggy phone for a lot of people at launch. Never encountered any of the issues commonly faced, battery is great still too

got the 6 too in august 2022...still going strong as well with no issues. dont think i'll stick to pixel cause it's SoC is quite underpowered still...next time maybe i'll get Sony or samsung

@@NeilBerry-lv1so I've honestly grown out of needing high specs. It's the reason I settled for the 6 and not the Pro. My Pixel 6 still meets all of my demands in the performance department, I just want a better build, better screen and Cameras.

I have a Pixel 7 Pro and I haven't had any problems with the fingerprint reader.

@bonanzabrandon6877 but its an optical fingerprint reader and some people like me wouldn't wanna downgrade from my ultrasonic fingerprint reader on my 1TB, 12GB ram Galaxy s24 ultra having a massive refresh rate of 120hz and a titanium frame.

I’m still good with my Pixel 7. If I had P6 then this might tempt me. I’ll wait for the Pixel 10 and hopefully the new chip that’s supposed to be coming from TSMC. This should be a true upgrade.

You could simply buy the Pixel 9 then trade it in with the Pixel 10 or 11 for a huge discount! I currently have a Pixel 6 still running strong after over 2 years of use but has cracked screen due to it dislodging off my phone holder from my scooter.

@@chaxologist2961 I'd agree with that except that's not what happened with the P8. They raised the price of the 8 from the 7. Then the trade in was way less than my 3XL I traded in for my 7. Otherwise I'd probably have gotten the p8pro.

It looks to be slightly curved on the sides that connect the back of the phone to the side rail. I hope so, because the flat sides on the galaxy s24+ is not comfortable

It does mean that the Pixel 9 Pro isn't a 6.1 inch device and the Pixel 9 which is said to be 6.1 inches isn't the same size as the Pixel 9 Pro.

Looks really good but here's to hoping they don't name it "XL". Max or + would be a nicer finish to the naming convention. And ffs it's about time they did something about that gawd awful fingerprint sensor. You spend duckets on the phone for the shittiest experience unlocking it.

@@AvalineSkyI don't think it's more than enough for most people. People who spend £1000 on a new phone probably takes lots of pics/videos and have a lot of apps. I don't take many pics or have many apps and my phone uses around 120GB as of now

128 GB in 2024 for a flagship is a crime, even though 16 GB of RAM is brilliant and something I wouldn't have expected Google to do before Samsung. (Samsung has done in the past but just for the highest storage option)
