Thank you for your service! I'm a proud USN veteran and Tom is very patriotic. You'll see people saying he has no right to speak for America as he is from Canada but he is now a U.S. citizen too after living here for over 10 years. Thank you and your brother for your service. Not every American hates America. My father served in both the Army and the Navy. I have been a military brat throughout my childhood. Tom has had a lot of backlash and been dubbed as controversial. But he also has a lot of songs that have nothing to do with the system or politics. One of my favorites is Fighter. A close second is The Music Industry. In that video he ripped up a contract from a major label worth over a million dollars while spitting bars about what he really thinks about the music industry and Mainstream in general. He also has a lot of songs about addiction and mental illness that have helped so many people who are fighting their own battles. He also has some funny songs like Everybody Hates Me and Corny where he acknowledges his haters in a comical way. Tom is a lyrical genius. Definitely one of the GOATS in my book. Can't wait to watch you journey down Tom's rabbit hole. I'm here for it.

Tom is actually Canadian, but he has or is near getting his American duel nationality. He traveled the world first as a professional wrestler and than as a Rapper, but America felt like home, he's been living in America for about 10 years now, he came with nothing and now he is living the American dream, his way of paying it back is he raises/donates to Homeless Vets charities. Hang Over Gang in the house! This old vet is pulling up a chair to watch a brother vet's reactions to Tom and Nova's music. Being a fourth generation vet, with TBI and PTSD, existing on VA program for homeless vets. Yet, I see myself as lucky, compared to many. I had three older brothers who served, two in Nam. I remember watching as a youth, my brother's wife would wake him if he fell asleep on the couch with the end of a broom stick and watched how he woke up. Wisdom taught me, you can get so wrapped up in the battle within, you can lose everything outside of it. People see this old vets thoughts on many reactions, this is how I keep my mind out of dark places. When asked would I do it again? That's a silly question. Without question YES!! Many, Many, Many gave more than me! Salute my brother and sister veterans.

I think most Americans are just so removed from the actual sacrifices our soldiers make that they have no idea and it’s become too easy to be dismissive about our military and what our flag truly means. I’m a military brat, I’ve seen my father go off to war and grew up just to console friends after they lost their husbands….people with no affiliation to the military don’t see if everyday like those of us who live in a military town or have close family that served. I work for a company that produces monuments or as some cale headstone s ! I installed a monument far WW11 Veteran and when I was finished I told him that I know it may not mean much coming from a nobody like me but I APPRECIATE and THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your service and sacrifice and what he said made me cry lie a baby! This man that risked his life and sacrificed everything for Americans the he didn't even know said to me , " I don't consider myself as a HERO or as Special IT was an HONOR to serve my COUNTRY" He is what so many so called Americans are treating like trash and it makes me soooo sick to my stomach! How about we do what Israel does, when you become an adult you will serve 2 years in the IFD. Their Military!

#HOG ❤ First thank you for your service, I agree I wish more people could think further then themselves, that is a huge problem that keeps us all divided. I have always appreciated being born here, I visited my family in Mexico when I was like 8 years old and there is definitely a difference inliving situations, I think thats why Ive thought about that and realized I was blessed to be born here. Now to something that I think is sooo important is how we treat veterans. What people need to realize is that these are people when they sign that line they are signing away their mental helath if they make it home, I say that because no one is mentally set up to make the decisions they must make to keep themselve as us safe. That in it itself should be more than enough to support our military brothers and sisters. My heart goes out to each one of you who have endured things most of us cannot imagine, I support and love all of you. I know those are just words and I wish we as a country could see what is truly sacrificed and the benefits would reflect that when you guys get home, I really hate that anyone would ask your brothers and sisters. Tom does a song SUPERMAN that speaks to humanity as a whole, how alot of us really feel about war in general, but he even says in that song "I know its shoot or be shot" but what I think some dont get from that song is he knows the decisions that yall face there are for survival and wish that the goverment wouldnt send people to fight a battle that isnt necessary. Anyways I just wanted to let you know that alot of us (and id bet to say almost all HOG) support our military and not the government. So we stand beside you. Sending as much love as possible. Hope you dive into toms catalouge, he is the epitome of dont judge a book by the cover, and we love and support him not only because he will say what needs to be said (even if others are scared) and will endure the backlash and keep his message towards unity going. He also does alot of music toward mental health and addiction because he has fought addiction and struggles with severe anxiety and depression. He also did a song way back called WHEELS KEEP TURNING about PTSD, he incorportated his own struggles in there but depictied a vet struggling with PTSD to bring awareness of the ugly truth of that. Also on the suicide of veterans my youngest sons father that he never met he took off when I got pregnant he was just back from Afghanistan when we met he killed himself when our son was two, my best friend Jack killed himself in his own bathroom with his five kids in the house he served Afghanistan too, I have family members who served since 1774 to present we know the sacrifice right now I have 3 sons army Nephews cousins in navy marines air army we understand the sacrifice that all of you made thank you for speaking truth again I will leave ya alone for now lol maybe God bless
