I was doing great until the 3rd and last session. In his flame-shooting Subaru WRX, the local AMP fast guy @lasceja rolled up on me and wiped the smile off my face.😮 Because of the limited runoff area, speeds and wet conditions, it was too risky to push harder.

Big thanks to @patrickhingston for preparing me with his Sim Racing simulator. The AMP track was not in iRacing, but he downloaded another software and got me up to speed. This is the first time I ever prepared for a new track using a sim. I learn tracks very quickly - within a 20-minute session. I learned AMP within 4 laps. 🏁

It appears James was making up most of his time in the backstretch (Turn 14-16). I need to bring the Subaru STi to AMP and ... 😎

A WRX with the same power/suspension is actually faster than a STi on a high grip track. Your open differentials compared to the STi’s 3 LSDs allows it to turn better. I will be back when Milan invites me again. 😊

AWD in the rain is hard to keep up with. I’m sure if you had the STI he wouldn’t see you.
