To be honest, you have to live in Russia and live thought all that to truly understand what Oxxy is talking about in this album. After so many years(for me at least, because when album was released I was still young to understand all of this) I understood the idea of this album and the problems that were taken here. But anyways, after watching this reaction I listened album more and have to say that Oxxy is the goat of RUrap.

Mark is not Oxxy (although some of his thoughts may be Oxxy’s thoughts). He is a popular writer. The album is the story of a writer rethinking his role in the society of a fictional town. The city is full of corruption, the government is evil. The woman calling him is Kira, his literary agent. The plot is the following: Kira calls Mark. She says that his twisted fan will meet him. His fan meets him and accuses him of being spoiled (2nd track). Mark thinks about his role in society. He says that he is not a politician, he is “just a writer”. He won’t fight with evil. (3rd track) He meets Alice and falls in love with her (4th track). Under the influence of Alice Mark becomes more radical, he starts to write political staff. He meets the leader of the opposition (his name is Guru). Mark wants to join opposition. Kira calls Mark. She says that his book is highly politicised. She is worried about him.
