Poofs, Woodland Ruffles, and Curls
Mesh: Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and cut Curls 8in long
Ribbon Tails: Cut 12in long
Bottom- Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and cut Curls 8in long
Top- Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and cut Curls 8in long
For Bottom you will need 10 Blue Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in and 10 Striped Curls cut at 8in
For Top you will need 8 Blue Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in and 8 Striped Curls cut at 8in
Ribbons Cut- 12in long
