I used to be a counsellor in a residential care home for adolescents. I would play calming music early in the morning so that when they woke up, they would have this peaceful, calming atmosphere to start their day. At first, they thought it was weird but if I missed a day, they complained and asked for it again. Years later, I became an English teacher and I would do the same in class while the students were reading or studying. Thank you for this music. It helps keep me calm while I write.

My mother has gone completely blind at the age of 90, it has been difficult 😞 & dementia is setting in because of it. I sat her on the couch and it has transformed her. She is less agitated & this music 🎶 has helped tremendously 🙏 I encourage anyone told by an eye doctor 👩‍⚕️ to have cataract surgery, don’t be afraid because your quality of life after having seen your entire life, is hell ‼️
