A simple and tasty recipe for minced chicken; this dish can also be called meat loaf or, in the French style, chicken terrine. The result is an incredibly juicy, flavorful chicken dish with balanced notes of tomatoes and basil. This minced chicken roll is healthier because we bake it in the oven and use less fat.

To cook minced chicken in the oven:

Minced chicken (50% chicken fillet, 50% thighs) - 1 kg
Onion - 1 pc. (150 gr)
Garlic - 2 cloves
Semolina - 4 tbsp.
Milk (water) - 150 ml
Ketchup - 4 tbsp.
Egg - 1 pc.
Basil - ¼ tsp.
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp. (if there is)
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
