Yeah he loses his belt as the 140 champion after weighing in at 140 or below and losing. It was exciting at times but also frustrating, there was too much holding and backing off/running. Garcia fought great in 30 second spurts but did too much messing around the rest of the time.

I'm glad Ryan won because it shows that sometimes draining yourself so much just to fight in a weight class you shouldn't be fighting in doesn't pay off. Hopefully fighters start fighting in a weight class that doesn't require them to starve themselves close to death because you never know if your opponent is not going to bother with it and now the advantage you were seeking is now a disadvantage.

Ryan had a REHYDRATION CLAUSE against Tank. Just like Barrios and everyone he faces. I think Tank is a great fighter but let's not forget that the pbc cherry pick his opponents guided by mayweathers playbook. Tank got Santa Cruz to move up to look good. Coming in on the scales overweight is basically a reverse hydration clause on the other opponent, except you have to pay money but still get the W and in the future nobody is gonna rememeber you did that ; theyll just see the W on record.
