I go from “I’m only going to watch a few minutes of this new podcast” to watching the ENTIRE thing...these are addicting

This is my favourite podcast so far. Mike and Fousey were being so real, made me feel very comfortable.

I find it ironic how the whole world laughed at Fousey and Logan, yet at the end of the day, we can all relate to these feelings of hidden anxiety..

Fousey seems like a genuine dude, really gives everyone the attention when being spoken to and even acknowledging their presence. A lot of times I feel like the dude (whoever it may be) to the side of the guest is a bit neglected but not in this case. Fousey genuinely establishes a connection and even makes it a point to answer the question with full attention. I think that’s an honorable trait that many individuals should seek to develop and utilize. Hats off

The more I watch these podcasts the more I get blown away by how smart and articulate Mike is! Logan has some really interesting and thought provoking friends around him. Spencer is also a really smart man. Love watching this side of these guys. I miss Logan's vlogs but I like that there is the podcast showing another side of them.

Damn seeing Yousef like this truly makes me happy. I have seen him from the beginning and to see himself sort of finding his way back is something that everyone can look at and admire. Literally one of the best podcasts I’ve ever seen man I swear keep it up guys!!

RESPECT! Fousey had what they call an ego awakening or ego death. I watch my brother go through that type of mania 7 different times. Him being honest and open about this whole ordeal makes me respect him to the highest level. This whole event is sparked because after so long you have to live the persona that you project in all your videos. I believe we can all admit our personas on social media are completely different than we are in the real world. And it becomes really taxing on the mind and puts a lot of pressure on yourself to live up to this caricature you've created of yourself.

I believe this is the first time in like years of me following Fousey, in wich he looks conscious, he looks like a real person not a caracter. Wish you the best man, hope u get better, not perfect becouse I know how mental health is, you don't get over it completely. Hope to live enough too see Fousey beeing happy, have a family. Maybe get back on doing videos, just if u feel like u want that, becouse people look up on you. Good luck

I’m in my mid-30s and have 2 kids and truly enjoyed watching this video. Mental health is sooooo important and I’m proud these adult men openly spoke about their issues and were vulnerable. I pray their stories positively affect others who are struggling.

Watching this after his fight against Slim. Although he does struggle, one thing I give him props is that he's always trying and doesn't stop in life

I'm just starting to watch these Podcasts. This one was so good. Hit home in so many ways.

I only ever learned of Fousey during his "July 15th" breakdown... One thing that was very clear to see, even without knowing him at all, was that this man was truly breaking down. In front of millions of people. That would be tough for ANYONE. I hate to say this, but I was one of the many viewers that was captivated by all of the drama and despite another person's suffering still clicked those "drama alert" videos. Just to see how it all would unfold. I feel terrible about it now that I see how self aware and honest Fousey is about the whole event and how serious it was for him. Sick, right? These kinds of conversations are important and I am glad you had the courage to share your story with the world. I will be more careful in the future in regards to giving these drama channels my attention or views especially when it is an the expense of another person's health and sanity. I'm proud of you, Yousef! I'm sure this wasn't easy. Good luck, and my deepest apologies. ❤😊

I haven’t related to a conversation like this in my life. I could see how much yousef was suffering in the past. I was pleasantly surprised to see him make a total turnaround. Many people can’t differentiate that UKposts and reality are two very different things. What people put out there is not the core of who they are. It’s refreshing to see Logan’s growth and to see everyone acknowledging their potential growth to come. I really want to commend Yousef and Mike for putting their raw emotions on display. I know it made me feel less alone in my journey. Struggling with mental health sucks, but what’s even worse is being in a bad mental space and not having the capacity to get out of that slump. I want anyone who’s still reading this to realize that when things may feel like the worst time ever, that there’s going to be a period where you learn and progress from those obstacles. Much respect to all these men, for speaking out on this much needed discussion and for creating a safe space to vent in.

I'll be honest I'm hyped for this ep. because I have been/was a DOF Bruh Bruh for years. Also, since I'm slightly early I just want to take this opportunity to say Spencer is great, and he doesn't deserve the hate.

Yousef, this is the real you, who I (we) want to see. I appreciate all the advice and all the positive encouraging words y’all gave out. I’ve struggled with my mental health all my life, fell into drug addiction a couple years ago. Hit my rock bottom, I am also in that process of finding myself and building my life up from here. Y’all are awesome. Simply .. THANKS.

I been struggling damn near half my life ( I'm almost Mike's age) with the same vice and after seeing you guys bounce back your voices on addiction and mental health have given me the confidence and strength to beat this addiction. Mike is my spirit animal.. lol I want to revive the DARE program, refreshed for 2020!
