as a father myself with two sons, i can feel for the father. Having said that, the boys were grown men and as such are responsible for their own lives. Not enough information to know if this was a deception by Russia or just men who signed up as mercenaries.

I have a son. If he asked me about going to Russia to work a non military contract, I would tell him about the desperation and carelessness of how they treat their own soldiers. How the war is going. I’d explain how they don’t even pay their own soldiers the pay they promised. Let’s say I was from a country like Cuba. With such a serious and dangerous situation, I would make a tremendous effort to educate myself about the situation. We are talking about sending your own children to a country at war! Does Cuba not have the same UKposts videos available or a phone to call someone in an advanced country? I’m sorry it’s causing trouble, but they were asking for it.
