Tom will go down in the history books as the greatest stone lifter ever 😎

@@joebot9309no disrespect but I feel like Martin's isn't competing enough in recent years for a comparison between them to really matter.. and I like Martin's he can be awesome, but tom has to take it with how much consistency he has over many years..

Tom Stoltman picks up stones like a little kid picking up marbles. Absolutely incredible.

Greatest stone lifter on the planet. Can't see that changing any time soon.

Gotta feel for Bobby if it's anyone he didn't wanna face on stones it was Tom 😅 seriously if u made the stones heavier just for Tom he probably still win

marbles are so hard that need so much time to lift it from the floor? Especially last stone

Brian Shaw gets to "set" his stones up? Diva.
@Vampire__Squid2 місяці тому
Its sad to see Evan had various minor mistakes which prevented him from reaching a podium spot. He didn't quite lift the 425 lb stone, he took his hands off during the leg press, he didn't prepare properly for the 1000 lb deadlift, he should've tried the 410 lb log and not the 440 lb log. Its a shame because that would've been his biggest accomplishment of his short strongman career.
@dannywielink52002 місяці тому
Im sure we will see more of him😊

When I saw "Strongest Man" in the title, I was expecting to see bodybuilders with their six-pack abs . . . not BELLYBUILDERS with their one-kegs.

People should know, even though Tom Stoltman is the greatest in the world at loading stones, that wasn't always the case. Back in the day it used to be Magnus Samuelsson, Jessen Paulin, Arild Haugen. They could all lift a 385 lb stone which was always the heaviest, the 385 lb stone was the hardest stone for years until the 396 lb and 420 lb stones appeared in the late 2000s.
@AlasdairThompson2 місяці тому
They sure did! But none of them made it look easy. Tom just one motioned 425lb (after doing the same to 400,375 and 350). They were the best of the their time but there's no real comparison to be made in stone lifting ability.
@Vampire__Squid2 місяці тому
@@AlasdairThompson Yes there is a comparison, back in the day a 385 lb stone was very impressive. There was only a handful of strongman in the world that could lift it.

Don't expect too much from them in that regard. Many of them still can't put their own country on the map, and don't know Canada is up north and is _another country_.

@robertflint41152 місяці тому
Would like to see them do away with that sticky tack , and do away with straps. Your grip strength should matter. , go back to all-around raw strengths. Get rid of these assisting cheats they use.
@petershortland4782 місяці тому
It's not really cheating using tacky but straps are safety thing but they are doing away with figure of 8s
@joebot93092 місяці тому
It’s been part of the sport for over 50 years. Maybe u need to change
@petershortland4782 місяці тому
@joebot9309 maybe but this isn't powerlifting when everything relies on 3 movements
@insolentish11Місяць тому
Tell me you don't lift without saying you don't lift. Grip is the first thing to go and when you tax your cns for strongman stuff it takes weeks to get back to normal
