I don’t mind a bit of rough and tumble. Instead of breaking them up constantly the ref should have told them to punch and get out. I love those short punches on the inside, that’s where a lot of damage can be done. Okolie was constantly mauling instead of punching up close, so deserved to have points taken away. The second and third knockdowns was a farce, they were never knockdowns, but the ref was so fed up of the mauling he decided to call them knock downs, which was what cost Okoli the fight. CBS was given that fight by Okolie’s lack of ring IQ.

The most frustrating part is that there's actual flashes of brilliance from okolie! Just doesn't seem to be able to put it all together...

Okolie looked like Wilder focused on a big right hand, but somehow with even less skill than Wilder... I was impressed for all the wrong reasons.

This referee needs to go for a medical check-up after this fight. So so frustrating.

This is laughable, even when he got knocked down, he was still holding and crawling. It is a habit and its going to be hard for him to do away with it because he doesn't know any other way to box.

Okolie was holding and punching CBS clearly from round 1, I'm surprised the ref didn't step in much earlier to tell him off, you can't hold your opponent and punch off on him.
