James Black Kill em all is a classic I bought it because I play guitar and my buddy recommended it so my guitar style at the time was too fast to play with my friends . Mean while my best friend bought Metal Church some of the lyrics are mentally disturbing today my friend who bought metal church is still a very nice person but his view on life is very twisted ha ha Metallica has a new song Payback Is a Bitch but no one has heard of it maybe I heard it out of someone's mistake but it is like the kill em all album ;)

After Cliff's tragic death in 1986, the band interviewed dozens of bassists to find his replacement. They involved both of Burton's parents in the decision to choose Jason Newsted. Cliff's parents were present during the announcement, and after the band broke the news to Newsted, Burton's mother, hugged him tightly and said, "You are the one. Please, be safe." That is so epic and breathtaking.

Tears were brought to my eyes watching this. I first discovered Metallica at Wofford College basketball games when they used to play “Enter Sandman”. I didn’t fully get into them until I was in high school. Metallica has been there when I was sad. Metallica has been there when I was angry. Finally, Metallica has been there when I was happy. They are the ultimate band and I’d give every member a hug if I could. Thanks for the great tunes!

Just wanted to say it here. Flea is so right : Metallica rules! Metallica been shaping my whole young life with incredible music, i now love all different kinds of music really far from what Metallica plays & seriously it's all because of them. Diversity is everything people, people gotta understand that ! Kirk talked about the amazing talents that SHAPED his taste in music, that were in that room, well Metallica is mine so thanks for existing ! :)
