A pardon would imply he was guilty. That's why he should never accept one, even if offered.

Agree with almost all except he does not require a PARDON, it is unjust to insert that, he has not done anything to be pardoned, he certainly is not a traitor BUT he has been betrayed by US government, am not sure Trump should be blamed as the lone culprit, NO.

Obama was president when his case came out. That said, Trump is now president and he should do something about it. Even if Snowden doesn't need a pardon in the eyes of the people, in the eyes of the law, unfortunately, he does need one. Otherwise, he will never again be able to return to the US. Only Trump can fix that problem now.
