I grew up in south Philly 2 blocks from the tourist trap cheese steak places ,locals rarely ate there .These look amazing ,the pepper mix ,WOW , cheese steaks have never been done with this much care for each ingredient .I want one now !!!

Those are cheesesteaks. A Philly cheesesteak is steak, with or without fried onions, and either American, Provolone, or cheese whiz on a fresh roll. That’s it.

If i ever tried chopping anything the way he did those mushrooms I'd be sorting through it looking for my finger tips so i could go have them stitched back on lol. Those were some of the best looking cheese steaks i have ever seen.

As for someone who lived in Philly my whole life and now here in Central Florida I can say that this is pretty legit. I would rather have this cheesesteak than any cheesesteak here in Central Florida claiming to be a true Philly cheesesteak shop. They are not slicing the meat like that here. The only downfall would be the bread. Although this bread does look good.
