I kinda think she has to, as the people within the Blue Box are too apathetic and lazy do anything, even if doing something will make them money. They'd rather lose money than to do their jobs. I honestly believe Soyeon has her own separate unit within CUBE that does things on their own with very minimal input from the company. CUBE is fine with that, as that means they can continue to do nothing, and Soyeon is fine with it because that means she has more artistic freedom. It's good for I-DLE and solo projects the members, but you have to worry about the other groups within the company that doesn't have a Soyeon-figure that can take charge and get things done on their own.

I'm happy I-DLE is here. I've missed their side-content on top of the music they produce. Since they're promoting we've been getting a lot of good moments in shows/interviews and such. That I'd love from them is if I-DLE had a Time to TWICE type show - on that they have a weekly self-produced variety show that mainly is that to promote the members over an album. I think TWICE has proven that if you love the members, you'll love their albums and merch even more. I think the bigger groups who can afford to do something like that should. It doesn't have to be as elaborate as what TWICE does, but a weekly show would give I-DLE more attention and fans, which would in-turn boost albums and comebacks.
