When I was a kid I saw my mom go up against a woman 3 times her size, because this woman just said she would hurt my little brother, and mom said no you wont.Mom faught like a little tiger ,I don't know what the other woman looked like after but mom had a black eye. When dad got home we were grounded indefinitely. We were very proud of mom.

So what would have been the driving reason for the council race to want bio weapons against its members? Great story over all but it’s a little odd they risked such behavior.
