Fun fact, on the website, one of the images the header cycles through is a cow herd. That alone is fine. But if you zoom out of the page, with each shrink the header image adjusts too. Slowly, from behind the brown strip on the header, emerges #M0097, with the word "MUSE" scrawled on its body in blood. It was a fun find for me for sure-

To me, "mother colony" smacks much more of something one of my discord friends told me about. Apparently the olive garden he used to work at made a lot of their bread from pieces of a mother yeast colony that they had been feeding and keeping alive for years. In the context of food preparation, I think this is what is being referenced by the series.

@@scaper8 i highly doubt they just dismissed it lol, their channels are legit listed on the HMF website, that means correlation, altho matpat has made some terribly researched videos before, i dare say missing this would be the epitome of bad research, so it's most likely gonna be in part 2. (even if the order is abit wrong, since spongebob theory #3 is where it all starts)

But the GTLive had no indication that they knew of the larger story, and the two tiny mentions here seem too small to be intended as hooks. Plus, starting at Happy Meat Farms is like starting on page 57 of novel. The whole just seems way too odd a way to tell this tale. It may just be that Game Theorists choose an odder way, but I don't know.

I found Alex Bale for the fun Spongebob theories and each one after is insanely entertaining. The fact that he weaved so many great theories FOR his arg and how it's framed and shot and how the story is going...*chef's kiss*! I hope if not before than with many comments mentioning it, Alex Bale will be a HUGE part of the next video. But omg, I've been eagerly waiting for him to cover this!

Way more than half. There are the SpongeBob theories, the Cynical Critic, Sonc the Blue Rat, Conspiracy Carl, Paradox1313, Wesley Harold Films… Happy Meat Farms is literally only like one seventh of the story. Maybe more like one eighth, because I think there were also a lot of Reddit posts that were part of the ARG too

I don't think he's missing it. At least the other major part. Certain phrasing im regards to Alex Bale, and the fact he's using the black tentacles in relation to 'mother' shows he is aware of the muses and the ARG with the SpongeBob theories, but isn't discussing them in this video. Either because he's saving it for the next video, or my personal preference, he's going to finally be a part of the ARG in some way

I’m pretty sure (but not 100% because I haven’t gone back to rewatch the older episodes in a while) that this is a part of Alex Bales SpongeBob theory series. I’m pretty sure I remember the Happy Meat Farms logo being in one of the episodes of that series.

It shows up as a "sponsor" for one of the episodes I think. Very easy to miss if you just skip through all the sponsors.

It's funny as we grew up on the game theories we slowly started going "hmm I really want to learn about food" and slowly moved over to food theory and we wanted scares occasionally and moved to film theory for that, very perfect channels always makes me happy to see a new video
