And remember The Entity used to go by "THEY". At the end of the message on the paper The Entity always wrote "Remeber THEY are always watching". Also when Isaac said "I will do anything to get her back." I think "They"(also known as The Entity) have Isaac's SPIDER. Also Isaac isn't the new recruit and yes you can trust Amanda but to be on the safe side get Amanda to do a lie detector test with John.
