@@ricksdm Not sure, how long you've been following the tech mainstream. I've been following it for more than a decade now. I haven't used a Poco F5 yet. But at the face of it, from the specsheet it looks like a good device. No doubt. When the Poco F1 was released in 2018 it featured an SD845, Qualcomm's flagship, by far the most powerful chipset of that time, liquid cooling technology (almost unheard of that time), an above par camera in that segment, and pretty much everything you can ask for in a 40K phone. And, it was not just about specifications. The phone was snappy for day to day usage and handled every other graphic intensive game thrown at it with nonchalance. I still remember the phone outdoing every other mobile not just in its segment but even mobiles costing 2x or 3x as much as the Poco F1, like the Galaxy SO or the OnePlus 5/6. I'm personally a Poco user myself. I bought the phone in the very first sale and have been using it since then for over 5 continuous years without major issues. So, Poco F5 maybe a good phone. But, Poco F1 belonged to a completely different league altogether. It's like a phone from our dreams (middle class dreams) that came true for the price that we all could afford. It's the real GOAT.

my friend buy moto edge 40 its not that good in terms of performance only thing is compact slim design and curved display but camera quality is normal and game performance is also average

Stock doesn't always mean better. And Moto only gives 1 year update😂 The cameras might be better than Poco but it's still not the best in the segment. Vivo/Iqoo and Samsung have better cameras.

Because REDMI 13 series is already a year old as it was launched in china a while ago. So, it ships with miui 14. Poco must be new

@@rahulmedepalli 2 years of warrenty in f5 is something that I cannot ignore... X6 pro comes with 1 year warranty. With f5 physical fingerprint sensor we can add gestures such as quick notification pull and profile switching which really useful. A headphone jack its hard say pass.

@@akshitjain3947That's not a logical answer bro. The repairing cost of poco's damaged mother board is almost 70% cost of the phone itself. And moreover Many people use their phones for up to 5 years too. It's just a matter of personal preference and self satisfaction.

@@akshitjain3947 not all people can afford new device every year rich guyyy. I myself had Samsung S8+ from 2017 until now and that's 6 years for me. Good phone will last with you longer. Though I'm changing phone this year because my phone peformance is too old and crack screen with black tinted and buttons dissapear and battery drain faster and unable to connect data to my laptop.

₹15-20k (± 2k) budget range my requirements is only gaming and performance, day to day usage, i can compromise with camera but I want good performance phone in this budget range You can suggest 2-3 phones i will pick one after my research try to avoid poco & mi i am ok with old phone like launched in nov-dec 2023 if it fulfill my requirements So please suggest phone thankyou

@@KarmaRinchenTamang still there is no guarantee that a motherboard should go kaput because of a software update. This is a quality control issue That needs time to gain trust.

@@jayaprakash-oi4qd for the past couple of years, quality control hasn't been great to be honest. Iphones in some devices as well. It makes sense to continue using your current device unless you really need a new one.
