Even guys like Canelo come in at 168lbs on Friday and maybe get up to 180lbs by Saturday night and Canelo is bigger than these guys. Crawford is only putting on 10lbs-13lbs overnight also. Crawford weighs 147lbs and comes in the next day about 157lbs-160lbs. These guys maybe put on 20lbs - 30lbs a month after the fight.
