I am 14 and a dancer and I used Anna's videos to get the side splits (in only two weeks I might add) and have now decided to tackle the middle splits. I have been doing this routine every night for a week and have seen tremendous improvement already! PRO TIP: If you want to get the middle splits faster, pair this video with the flexible legs and/or hips video each night.

I have been stretching 5 times a week for almost a month and i'm really close to getting my splits. Before i started stretching i couldn't even touch my toes. I always thought i wasn't flexible but i've improved soo much. I never expected i could get this far. My advice to you guys is to not give up until you reach your goals!! I hope this comment motivates someone. And thank you Anna for sharing these routines❤

Omg Anna! I use to be able to do the middle splits, then I lost it…I finished my other stretch routine from u and wanted to try this one, I was about 8 or 9 inches from the ground and by the last stretch in this video I was TOUCHING THE GROUND! I have been watching you since you started whenever I do this stretch I will watch this :) I started watching you when I was 7 years old my mom found your channel then she showed me this amazing channel that I watch every day now I’m so flexible because of you :) but sadly I can’t do gymnastics anymore because my neck hurts because I was doing a back roll but at least I didn’t break it tonight I will have the scariest night of my life I’m not stressing anymore because I will NOT have the scariest night of my life I asked my dad he said”no you will not have the scariest night of your life” now I’m so grateful to NOT have the scariest night of my life thanks to you

So good. So professional. Anna might be the finest instruction video producer for flexibility exercises in all of UKposts. There is certainly no one better, or more experienced. The key to her success is how she designs her videos so that they are so easy to follow. I am not speaking of easy in the sense of replicating her flexibility. Very few can. I mean easy in following her instructions. I am a man with terrible flexibility, but I watched my granddaughters follow this video and decided to try it. Of course I couldn’t do them very well but Anna’s comforting voice and a modified view made it a great workout. Unlike anything I have ever done. Thank you, Anna McNulty.

30 day challenge Day 1: Was a little bit intense, but nothing I’m not used to as a dancer. Around 17m off middle split. Day 2: Really stiff from yesterday (had dance) so no improvement yet. Day 3: Still a bit sore, but felt really good! 15cm off! Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:

Hi guys hi Anna I'm so excited for ur strech routine I have been doing ur get ur split fast routine and I improved so much it's been a month since I started it I'm very close to the ground 3/4 inches but I can't seem to reach the ground 😢 but I'll keep trying I'm going to be doing this stretch routine every day for 21 days and see if I improve now my middle split is currently 26cm from the ground *Sry this is so long i normally do these stretches for 3-5 day then give up but I'm gonna stay consistent im gonna start today* Day 1:✅ as most of u know day 1 is always the hardest but since I'm intermittent (more flexible than the motification but less flexible than the advanced) I was able to do some stretchs to the fullest *and after stretching I went from 26cm to 15cm* Day 2:✅ it was a bit easier than day one Day 3:✅ Day 4:✅ I got my right splits!!! 😀😀😀 and I am very my left splits improve so much Day 5:✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅ didn't want to but did it anyway Day 8:✅ Day 9:✅ Day 10:❌ Day 11:✅ Day 12:✅ didn't want to since it was my birthday 🎂🎊🎉 but did it anyway Day 13:✅ Day 14:❌ wasn't in the mood Day 15:❌ it was too late Day 16:✅ I didn't want to but I did Day 17:❌ Day 18:✅ Day 19:✅ Day 20:✅ Day 21:✅ I have improved so much I'm inches away from my middle splits thx Anna this helped a lot I'm still going to do this routine for until I get my full left and middle splits ❤❤❤

I'm 14 and I am a contemporary fusion dancer and I have had my left and right splits since I was 4 but I grew out of the middle splits so I challenge myself to get the middle splits in 2 weeks as I have dance 5 times a week. Ill try do these stretches twice a day if I can. Day 1 (5th January)-Not sure how far I am off the floor but I'll say I am like more than 50% there. I struggled to hold it for 30secs and gave up in 22 secs haha cant wait for day 2!

From tomorrow i am going to start doing this streches , i got my side split from some other youtubers and also anna now i am gonna do the middle split 😅 i will be back after some days with my results may be 😂😂😊 Edit : ) Day 1 - I did the streches and tried the split ,felt the streches and there is some distance from the ground but it was less ,bcz before I did the streches, I just tried to get the splits without streches😊 Day 2 : did the streches,improved Day 3 : did the streches don't know about improvement Day 4 : did the streches Day 5: didn't did 😢 Day 6 : did them😊 Day 7: improved

I really do enjoy your videos! They always helped me achieved my goals fast, I got my front splits in 7 days only and on the second day of trying to get the middle splits, I improved a lot! And when I say a lot, I literally improved way too much. I'm in shock. This is why you deserve more subs only both of your channels because the effort you put in can help the whole world. I subbed

I should try this! This is my first time knowing u had a channel like this! I always wanted to be flexible good thing I was taking gymnastics when I was little so that should help 🤷🏼‍♀️ And before this I could already do a half middle split almost down to the floor 😮 Tysm Anna! ❤

Hi Anna! I’m trying to get my middle split too. Hopefully this new tutorial will help me get a few inches lower to the ground. Also for plié squats, should my knees be facing 90 degrees outward so they are perpendicular to my legs or a a place less. In addition, for the 3 leg downward dog(with kicks, pulses, or leg holds), should I be feeling the stretch in the leg that’s up or in the leg that’s supporting. I feel the stretch in my hamstring of the supporting leg. When I go into a table top position and drop my elbow to ground then try the exercises, I feel the stretch in my hip/hip flexor in the leg that’s up. Just making sure I get the most out the stretches. :) Love your stretching routines!💚💛❤️

Ben doing Thai routine for about 6ish days, I’m seeing improvements, I got results a lot faster with the front split, I can almost do a first split already after a couple weeks I recommend doing both front and side split stretch routines together for best results.
