Literally said "oh my god" when I realized how much of a MASTERPIECE this song and MV is. This isn't just the passive "Oh My God" we say but terms pertaining to sin are injected into the song itself among other things making this make so much sense. The song, in conjunction to this art of a music video concept, is really jawdropping. Talent THRIVES in I-dle!

How does Soyeon think this was a flopped era? This is about to be literally their most viewed song on youtube and it's only a year old... Not to mention the noise it made internationally - 17M views in 24h wasn't flop for me - how many international fans they gained with this masterpiece, it even got a vma nomination. It has a good amount of sales, got 4 music show wins, did well in charts and this is the song most people know from them internationally... I mean, how many artists would dream about this? I get it didn't get the best numbers domestically, but sometimes you need to look really deep ( to the world) to call this a flop. Baby, you didn't flop with this one, get this outta your head! ILY!

To anyone who thinks Soyeon is not a good rapper, and her English raps are bad ... Being a rapper doesn't rely on being good at English. She is a Korean having an accent is not a sin..Her raps in Korean are work of art...her wordplay and lyrical ability is no joke....and her tone !! That's up to preference, that's subjective...imo that's what sets her apart from others in the industry...Soyeon has various tones she herself chooses to rap with... Listen to popstars KDA and Hann Alone in Winter.... Her tone is not the usual edgy, cutting ,bright, nasal type in it. It's like you wouldn't even recognise it's her at first. These are just examples...Also considering every other part there is to rapping, Soyeon is way above any other female idol rapper today in kpop.. At this moment, Soyeon is the best female rapper in k-pop....and that's not an opinion. It's just a fact. I am not saying this because I like her or anything, it's because I am a huge fan of rap in general. And she is indeed one of the bests out there. If you want to debate more on that find me a female idol rapper who can do a 16 note to 32 note displacement flow or offbeat flows like Soyeon has done this year, for a advertisement called "Play Buldak''... Many wouldn't even dare to try it. And I remind you, she did that for an AD !! I will make it easy for you, there is NONE ... Not even CL not even Ellie not even Hyuna Not even Moonbyul...Just Her. Jeon Soyeon. I don't expect you to go and be in awe with Soyeon's rap after this. But think twice before you say someone else is the best female rapper in kpop. She deserves to be acknowledged for her skills and contributions to the rapping in kpop. Rap position in girl groups used to be for the ones who simply weren't that good at vocal or dance or the ones who were good at English or the ones who could talk fast... I love how these girls aren't afraid to experiment around with concepts and music. You won't find this in many rookie groups, cause they're usually afraid to lose fans and stick to one concept at all times.
