I think they are meant to be. Vinny's previous comments, "In reality, you wouldn't even look my way back then..." or "I thought I could never get a girl like Angelina [back in high school]..." I mean, if that doesn't tell you what Vinny really feels for Angelina I don't know what will. When I look back at people I liked in high school that I deemed "would have never looked my way," and then 10 years passed, and they were in my life..that something I saw in then wouldn't randomly dissapear. Once either one makes a serious move towards the other, it'll all be over, and these two will be married. I feel like they already have so much chemistry for each other, but neither one wants to admit how they really feel towards the other. One day one of then will wake up, and just act on it. That's what happens in life, we let go of all of the pretenses, and the BS, and we go for what we truly want.
