I was a very unattractive child, I didn't start really looking after myself until I reached 19. I'm not saying I'm gorgeous now or whatever, but I look after myself and know that I'm not ugly. However I don't think I'm ever going to recover fully from the years I was bullied as a child by other kids for my looks and weight. Their words still effect me every time I put on makeup or get dressed up. The body is going through so many changes when youre young, stretching and growing, you can't predict what you're gonna look like on the other side. I'm thankful for this new movement among girls that promotes supporting and looking after each other.

And being average is quite the pro rather than a con, as if you have the right hand to play. and If you can make people feel comfortable and have fun you can make it with anyone. The people who hold you back, are just shadows, and cant touch you. Maybe you can'T emphazie with the character in your own skin, but atleast you can better understand someone else when they get possessed by adversities. We all face the same emotions, but they can spiral and evolve to more complex and less understood ones. why? well even with Skinny people with good looks, do face the same emotions but dont share the same lived experience. But who cares, when you cant control that, as what should be fair and right and what you deserve or entiled is nothing. When you understand that, let go of the control and ease into the world, the arrogance and pride disolves into humility and acceptance.
