Кокосовое волокно, вермикомпост, перлит. Думаю, в России можно использовать торф вместо кокосового субстрата

It keeps the soil light & fluffy so nitrogen & oxygen can be kept circulating in the soil to prevent soggy soil & the subsequent bacterial growth that causes root rot in container plants.
