@gerrymiller74012 роки тому
At 4:32 a rider was complaining about someone stopping close to him. Happened thousands of times; it's at a stop light. Should I have laid my bike over because they were close to me? Doesn't matter where I live, 200K+ miles I've obviously been all over the country. My no accident history is not a solitary feat, nor was it difficult to achieve. I am close friends with over 100 people that ride and have similar mileage to mine. All but a handful have no accidents either. It's riding a motorcycle, not rocket science. Pretty simple to always anticipate someone else always being a jerk and simply not allow yourself into that potential jackpot. In that continued scenario, he new there was a jerk behind him, he also should have anticipated the jerk to do something like a jerk. The moment the jerk came up ans went to go around him, simply letting off the throttle a bit and allowing the jerk to go on about his day would have created a non-incident. Instead, he accelerated and turned getting by him into a contest. He became an offensive rider instead of defensive at that moment and had a near miss because of it. Getting ahead doesn't make you a winner; getting home alive does. See how simple that is?

Most of these riders appear to have learnt their ‘riding skills’ on an x-box....in real life maybe riding at full throttle or weaving in & out of lanes between other traffic might not be such a good idea. None use anticipation as to what other traffic might be about to do, the lack of protective clothing or sense says it all. Just gives the rest of us motorcyclists a bad name.

Guy on minute 5:10 I’m a biker too man, but i have to tell you, this applies to car drivers to, you want to go slow change to the right lane, if you see a car or motorcycle behind you driving faster, even when you are at the speed limit, if they want to go faster LET THEM PASS! YOU ARE NOT COPS to make them respect the speed limit, let them pass and karma be the one that makes a cop see them speeding, also you never know why are they speeding could be an emergency

I have been riding motorcycles for close to 35 years. I have never seen so many idiots on bikes as I have in the past few years. 7:00 That's a zebra crossing, it means STOP and let pedestrians cross. If they want to take their time, tough sh*t. And then in the next clip, he drives right up to the back corner of the car. It was no where near him, there was plenty of room for the car to safely accelerate onto the roundabout, but because they dared be in front of this guy, he decides to put himself in a dangerous spot. Hell, even in the first clip, the car is probably trying to make space for the police car, but either way, he can just filter back past later, so just let the car in. If enough of us do those little gestures that don't actual inconvenience us, maybe a few drivers will reminder that biker who let them in and actually look out for us, you know the whole karma thing... Honestly, with Motomood, here is a rider who needs to really tone down on the impatience, and often with experienced riders, that means having a minor crash to remind them that they are very vulnerable on a bike.
