Hello there! Sure, I'll explain in more detail. When you normally use the phase breach, you will have a 120-second cooldown after using the ultimate before you can use it again. When you use a perk called Shadow Step, you will be able to cast another phase breach immediately after exiting the first one, with no cooldown time. The problem is that you will only have 7 seconds after exiting the first portal to use the second one; if you do not use it within those 7 seconds, your normal cooldown of 120 seconds will be applied. Also, keep in mind that if you use the second phase breach after the first, the maximum travel distance will be halved, from the regular 64m, to 32m. Also, after exiting the first phase breach, you will be able to perform all of your normal actions, such as sliding, jumping, reloading, and so on.... super useful for example, when you need to pick up a mate banner, use the first phase breach to reach the banner, pick up, and then use the second one to escape further. I didn't mention it because I prefer other abilities, and one phase breach is sometimes more than enough to reach the designated target. Regardless, this is a fantastic perk. I hope I was able to answer your question!
