Please make the changes in publishing application by new developers. Currently it required 20 testers which is not feasible. I am sure lots of other new android developers would agree to this positive policy changes.

The closed testing process outlined in the Google Play Console policy applies to each individual app separately. So, if you develop multiple apps, you'll need to conduct closed testing for each one before applying for production access. Each app has its own testing phase to ensure that it's thoroughly evaluated and ready for release before being made available to the public.

Eventually no human developer will be able to release an app on Google Play due to how complicated it is to do so.

I've already minimized my activities at Google Play. Also, each time they send me some IDIOTIC policy requirement message like recent DATA SAFETY nonsense where users are supposed to trust possible crooks telling them that their data is safe... I'm unpublishing the app instead of going through the hoops. I'll end up keeping a single app that I actually need, and the rest that were released for fun and public service... will be no more. Of course, this may be a Google goal to reduce number of apps so... win-win... they could have simply said they don't want our apps any more :)

I've come to realize that Google tends to make things unnecessarily complicated. Now, I feel quite disheartened that I've invested so much time in learning Android app development.

Honestly the amount of policies you need to match to release an app is just ridiculous. No developer can comprehend this. And we do not have an army of lawyers. So with each update one can only pray that Google bots will not suspend you developer account out of nowhere on day...

Does anyone know how and where you're supposed to update identification records and the DUNS number? I'm literally going in circles on this. Our App provider said we need to update these things and I can't for the life of me find it anywhere. Google support has been zero help also. This stuff is not straight forward and extremely over complicated even for technically minded people.

There is a bug, I currently cannot state my declaration for health apps. When clicking start declaration for Health apps, I just go to my apps overview screen. When I click one of my apps, it just opens the screen for that app like normal.

The matter became completely dependent on others. Google's new update doesn't mean that every app developer is now independent. It means that even if someone wants to become an Android app developer, no matter how hard he learns coding, no matter how hard he learns app development, he has never been able to run independently. Finally he has to depend on 20 people. What kind of rule did Google make this bro? A truly terrible thing. Google should change this policy.

First fix your Google Play Console. I declare AD_ID in manifest but your software says AD_ID must be declared. All Unity projects gave same error.
