@@maverick-6356 stop being such a pessimist bro, if you just focus on the Negative effects of a platform like studia there are only 2 things you should worry about that is the internet Connection and Price. but let me remind you this if your gaming pc or console shuts down due to Power cut or electrical surge you will face the same problem + if your gaming hardware gots busted due to electrical surge or overheating you will not only loose the game but you would also have to invest on a new gaming hardware, on the flip side stadia requires just a good internet connection and fyi it is still not a finished product yet, Let's see wt it has to offer in the next 2 years then we can act judgmental Okay...... (sometimes talking to people like you reminds me of arguing with a Communist) 🤣🤣🤣

Correction; Google: stadia is the future of gaming! Literally every one: it has horrible input lag, you have to pay full price for games which are heavily discounted on literally every other platform, it lags horribly, the graphics don't even compete with an Xbox 1 X, it doesn't have 4k because that's hardware not software and even if the hardware does, it's still not 4k, the little dongal thingy overheats, its not even gonna be able to compete let alone replace the current consoles we have and has no chance in hell to even compete with high end PC's, and most people who preordered it havent received anything. Google: you do NOT have freedom of speech here *PEASENT!*

I want to go on the cloud gaming train as I dont have money to buy either a console or a pc, Its just expensive and out of anybody's budget in my country, So i am going with stadia when it comes to my country. Cloud gaming isn't that ready though, Latency and the need of better internet sucks but lets hope they get fixed.

I think this may be the "future" of gaming but like in 5 years. They have to make this service cheaper and more accessible. we will probably have to have a really fast connection with 30ms and the game's prices aren't ok. I think that if this service improves that characteristics, it will probably "success" (because it won't succeed at the same level as consoles and PC)

You think 10€ a month for over a 100 games that are included and insane discounts for other games and then having access to 10,7 teraflops of GPU power, a custom x86 CPU and 16GB of RAM is overpriced? You live in the wrong world then mate. A good gaming PC would cost you around 2500€, and will only be able to handle the newest games for like 3 years, newer games after that will need more power. If you'd pay Stadia Pro for 10 years, that's 1200€ and you also get many discounts and included games. Plus, Stadia will keep giving more hardware resources to their customers, so this flatrate of 10€ a month is like nothing. I don't even think this business is profitable yet.

Not a bad idea to build a console that is build specifically for streaming. One that can handle current gen games at 4k UHD at 60 frames and handle recording, editing, coding, multiple screens, use a streaming platform of your choice, a built in streaming deck while on stream. Includes a 4k webcam a professional mic and a light. That would be pretty slick. Painted buttons on the controller though? Oof. Someone should have seen that was a mistake.

@Escape From Camel no it's not. Many people still play games on low graphics for highest fps. There are people who still uses 800x600 screen resolution because of habit and have additional fiber/cable internet just eliminate lag/delay/high ping during playing games . 99% of people still download Microsoft Office for simple tasks, while they can access it online.

So I just got a new computer for Christmas, and it was mainly for work, but I wanted to play games to pass time, because my ps4 is in another state, so I went to stadia (which is free from the very start) and I got destiny 2, which was free. I loaded in instantly without needing to download the game, and the graphics were surprisingly really good. It obviously wasn’t in 4K (you have to pay for that), but the whole experience was pretty good. I’m planning on buying stadia pro for free games and 4K

Yeah, it doesn't come with lots of games, you still have to buy them at full price like consoles. I don't think people would have hated it as much (for many good reasons) if it just worked like Netflix and they had a library of stuff you could play for a monthly fee.

Who else remembers the discs and making sure no to scratch them. Until gen 8 the gen of Wii U, PS4 and Xbox One you would put the disc in it or in the disc tray. They still exist but are out of fashion. I miss going to GameStop and getting a game for the 360 or wii
