How does Stevie still sound amazing after this many years?!?

I remember listening to Gorillaz back when I was 7 years old. Now I’m 28 and I have a 5 year old son who loves this band.

I just love the chorus so much. "Fairy-like companions, into the darkness that catapults is into imagined worlds. Seems a mockery remote." The way the lyrics are delivered, the rise and fall of notes, the cadence of that section, the playful wonder of the lyrics.

Their vocals sound great together. So cool.

It's amazing how well these two harmonize together.

Love the "ebb and flow"-like feeling of the vocals and the way they harmonize beyond just the basic 3rds/5ths. And the way it all swells at the end is just 😙👌 Gorillaz have done it again.
