Great recipe for lunch or dinner! Very tasty from minced meat and potatoes
Great idea for a hearty lunch or dinner. Instead of ordinary cutlets, I cook such a yummy in the oven - soft potatoes, juicy cutlets in a very tasty sauce.

For cutlets:
Minced beef - 500 g
Salt, black ground - to taste
Onions - 1 pc. (150 g)
Semolina - 0.5 tablespoons
Parsley - a small bunch
Vegetables:
Potatoes - 500 g (add 0.5 tsp smoked paprika + 0.5 tsp dried garlic + some vegetable oil)
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc. (200 g)
Garlic - 3-5 cloves
Sauce:
Hot water - 300 g
Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
1. Finely chop the onion and parsley.
2. Add salt, black pepper, onion, parsley, semolina to the minced meat. Stir and beat the minced meat at least 10 times.
3. Cut the potatoes into large slices. Add salt to taste, spices and a little vegetable oil.
4. Grease the mold with vegetable oil. Form small cutlets, put them in a checkerboard shape. Put potatoes between them.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
6. Mix water, tomato paste, sugar. Salt a little.
7. Cut the pepper into large slices.
8. Take the dish out of the oven, put the cloves of garlic, pepper, pour the water with tomato paste.
9. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked.
10. Sprinkle with parsley.
