Grilled Salmon Fillet
In a ziplock bag add equal amounts of soy sauce and real maple syrup. I really like using the Veri Veri brand teriyaki sauce though with the sesame seeds in it! Add garlic powder or minced garlic also. Marinate in the bag. Spray a large piece of aluminum foil and place salmon fillet on it skin down. Baste the fillet with marinade and seal well. Cook on the grill and check at 10 minutes to see if done. So Good!
I also cooked the corn in foil on the grill. I sealed in butter salt and garlic powder.
The Yukon Gold potatoes we grilled I had baked earlier in the day in the oven. I added the potatoes with butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper and parsley and sealed with foil. Heat on the grill
