Same! My first playthrough was with cheats but my sister and I eventually ran into the roadblock that was the Madd Dogg bug. This mission bugs out if you used the cheat code that turned you into a random pedestrian or something and then saved your game. At the time this was the current GTA and we had no idea why or how to fix it. Only thing we ever found online was that it was a bug that came from "using too many cheats." Ended up starting a fresh save file that was strictly NO CHEATS ALLOWED and completed the most of the game.
