Climate Change is and has been a genuine, known, scientifically backed (by research done outside the western powers!!). HOWEVER, climate change being real doesn’t mean the West doesn’t use it to condemn and place sanctions on the Global South in ways that are both hypocritical and entirely unreasonable and outsized. Leaders and academics in the Global South are making their voices known more and more everyday to fight this. Climate change doesn’t have to be a hoax for the Western Powers to find a way to disadvantage the Global South. And that’s just a really quick example! Just as best as you can, stick to the facts and then put opinion on too of it as a foundation, and try not to use an opinion to justify “fact”! It’s easy to slip into, believe me it is, but it’s honestly just as easy to sit for a moment and consider!
