"Path of Borealis" is a remix of "Triage at Dawn" made by DJ Dain, named "That Long Train Ride," with the song title being apparently based on a note featured in a map of an early Half-Life 2 journey found in Raising the Bar. One day, a gamer nicknamed "Black Mantis" presented it on the Half-Life 2 Beta-oriented Father Grigori Forums.

It took me far too long to edit the mistakes in the video title (Half-Life 2 Beta, I kept the Path of Borealis name) and description, for which I apologize. I'm so glad I was the lucky first one to upload this fantastic song I copied from the newly released Obsidian Conflict mod for Half-Life 2, after which I never played it again (sorry). I apologize for giving the video the incorrect, albeit catchy, name "Path of Borealis." I apologize if I caused any harm to this song's composer or the community. Both the original and this remix are legendary among us Half-Life fans. I'm happy to have been a small part of it.
