This concert was in 2001, Rock in Rio, Halford open to Iron Mainden (headliner) in Brave New Word Tour (Bruce`s return). I was there.

I was there this night. Didnt know most of his solo album, we were all expecting for Iron Maiden, Dickinson was back. But as long as the songs were played, i could see how good it was going to be this band

A week before Rock in Rio Halford played in Buenos Aires as opening for Iron Maiden. They killed it. Tremendous performance of the band.

One of the things I love about Priest/Halford is that they’ve always been proud of being a Heavy Metal band, even during the “identity crisis” period of the 90’s 🤘🎸🎤
