Folks. This is obviously a fan film here. I stumbled upon it and it’s nice to see somebody thinking differently about a pretty boring franchise. I have a professional degree from a state university in media and you’d be astonished at how few of the students from my courses put any effort into any project. This is a fan of the series who took source material and went in a different direction. Give him a bit of praise as he’s not trying to redefine the franchise. Rather write his own take and learn the art of filmmaking using the material he’s familiar with. Be kinder and do better to young folks expressing their talents. We have enough pointless cinnamon challenge videos to make this a bit more fun.

Someone (a fan not a studio) put their own time and money into making a movie for us to watch. I give them props! It's a lot of work and inevitably, people are going to judge. I've seen a few Halloween fan films...This one is definitely one of the better ones. Nice job guys!

It doesn't have to be a million dollar budget. To realize that you don't focus the camera on the hammer. When swinging it at the person's head. You ever see somebody look at the hammer instead of the Target? How do you even know you're hitting somebody in the head. It was absurd in the first Halloween movie when young Michael stared at his knife and its equal. Absurd in this movie when the adult Michael stares at the ballpine hammer Instead of looking at his target, the victim's head. It doesn't make any sense.

Thanks for the upload. I’m an 80’s baby so the “original” Halloween movies are absolutely a part of my childhood. This one, however, was hard to process and I never really cared for it. Actually I like Rob’s version now that I’m older a lot better.

there were a few patches that it looked like a home video and some patches where it looked like a real hollywood movie, Michael looked like the real movie Michael alot of the time too and the lighting was also excellent, great job for a fan film

By far the best of your 3Halloween films. More jump scares than the other two, and a lot more originality, especially for using the one kill that I always wanted to use if I had ever made a movie (slamming the hood of the car on the victim). Very very cool.

This was definitely more towards the RZ style with the F bombs and getting stoned and what not...some parts were really genuinely good though and surprising. I did not expect Rachel to die since she's so young...so that was shocking...also him just showing up outta nowhere behind Kristen in the building was pretty cool. Fairly decent job, I'd say like 6.5/10

It was basic on a real story in the 60's or 70 's John who directed it was in College and his class went on a field trip to a Psycho hospital where he saw a young boy with the darkest eyes he every seen and they said he killed his whole family

My favorite entry in the series. Solid acting and practical effects, something I’m used to with these films. I like the Halloween 2018 tone and the ending is truly spectacular. 8.5/10, great job!

Very nice work everyone, I've always loved the concept of Michael Myers in the snow. The use of the Halloween 4 theme also fits nicely and the cinematography is competent. I really dig the one shot of Michael in the Background and the Pumpkin in the foreground at 16:15.
