What a lovely, italian dessert. Creamy Panna Cotta, regularily served with strawberrysauce, in my version served with delicious passionfruits. So lovely, I will do it again and again, and you should definetly give it a try!
Ingredients:
300 ml cream
100 g sugar
2 leaves gelatine
4 passionfruits
1 vanilla bean (pith)
